The Fabarm Axis QRR is a versatile 12-gauge over/under shotgun designed for clay target sports and hunting, notable for its Quick Release Rib (QRR) system that allows interchangeable ribs to change the point-of-impact and accommodate different shooting disciplines. The QRR model includes two ribs—one for a standard 50/50 point-of-impact for sporting and a second 65/35 rib for trap shooting. It also features a Monte Carlo stock with an adjustable comb for a personalized shooting stance, Tribore barrels, Hyperbolic choke tubes, and a low-recoil system.

How the QRR Works

1. Secure the unloaded firearm in a fixture.
2. Drift out the cross pin at the rear of the rib using a pin punch.
3. Lift the rear of the rib and push it forward to disengage it from the front post.
4. Align the front of the new rib with the front post on the barrel, then align the rear.
5. Slide the rib backward until the hole aligns with the mounting post.
6. Install the cross pin, ensuring its groove corresponds to the detent on the mounting post.
