The Medium Hunter profile is lighter than the Heavy Hunter. It starts with a 1.25" shank and steps down to .83 and then tapers off to a muzzle diameter of .63. This profile gives the best compromise between accuracy and lighter weight. Ordering a shorter version will also help cut down on weight if you don't need 26" of finished barrel.
